Enomatic Red Wines by the Glass The Rotten Grape is the first establishment in B.C to offer the exclusive Enomatic wine serving system. Now, wine enthusiasts can choose from eight varieties of wine, taste them in 1, 2 and 5 ounce measures. Color, taste and aroma are the characteristics that make every wine unique and the Enomatic’s state-of-the-art technology ensures that those qualities are preserved by using argon gas instead of compressed air in a patented process similar to that used during the bottling process. wine is always fresh because air never reaches it, regardless of when the bottle is opened.
